About me...
My name is Marco Belletti, class 1979, living in Northern Italy married and with two wonderful kids.
In 1996 I started with an apprenticeship as Technical Machine Designer, school and work system designing on a drafting machines components for Laser M/C in a multinational company in Switzerland.
In 1997 I began to design on 2D CAD workstations and in 2002 I had evolved as a 3D-CAD Tester, focusing more and more to cutting heads, optical chain, dynamic units & and in general everywhere on the machine there were difficult problems to solve.
In 2003 I started the evening university acquiring at the same time the appointment of Technical Designers Supervisor and Project Leader in a matrix organisation, introduced for the first time in the company. In 2005 I moved to the role of department manager in the research and development of fine mechanical and optical components mantaining the PL charge, also incorporating in 2010 the product responsibility for the development of M/C with more than three axes and in 2012 for the complete technological sector from mechanics to physics, optics, electronics up to applied laser technology.
In 2015 I entered the role of CTO incorporating the responsibility of the entire technical department.
Now since 2021 I'm an Indipendent Professional, ready to find solutions for all those who need...
